Delivery Requirements
- A scheduled dock appointment, booked in advance of arrival
- Purchase order or reference number for the shipment
- Packing list with SKU, quantity and lot number where applicable
- Pallets shrink-wrapped and labeled, with SKUs separated by pallet
- Carton labels visible and scannable without unstacking

Delivery questions
- Do outbound pickups need an appointment as well?
- Yes. All inbound and outbound deliveries require a scheduled dock appointment, which keeps the receiving and shipping docks moving to a predictable schedule.
- How far in advance should a dock appointment be booked?
- Book as early as the shipment details are known. Earlier requests have the widest choice of time slots, and same-day requests are accommodated where the schedule allows.
- What happens if a driver arrives without an appointment?
- Our team will work the arrival into the first available opening. Scheduling ahead is what keeps a driver moving straight to an open dock rather than waiting for one.
- How does a carrier book a slot?
- Appointments are booked through our online scheduling portal, linked at the top of this page. Have the purchase order number, carton or pallet count and the requested date ready. The main line is there if anything needs a person.
